Tuesday club nights in Hamburg 12

Tuesday is one of the busiest chess nights in Hamburg. The Hamburger Schachklub opens its chess centre on Schellingstraße at 19:00, the Barmbeker Schachklub plays, trains and analyses until midnight in the upper-school building of the Ilse-Löwenstein school, and FC St. Pauli meets at its club house with the youth from 17:00. The Bergedorfer Schachverein plays in the back room of the café-restaurant at Haus im Park.

Schachfreunde Sasel gather in the Roter Hahn day centre, the Bille Schach-Club in the Westibül meeting place, SV Lurup and the Mümmelmannsberger SV at their club houses after children's chess in the late afternoon, and the Bergstedter Schachklub from 19:00. SV Billstedt-Horn has a chess afternoon at 17:00, and Schachfreunde Wedel meet in the mittendrin neighbourhood centre. Stadtpark Barrio plays its team-championship evenings on Tuesdays as well.
